What do you need help with?
My application was refused
A refusal can often be challenged, but the deadlines are short. Tell us what was refused and when.
My application is delayed
If IRCC has taken far longer than it should, there may be steps that can move your file forward.
Refugee claim, removal or detention
Making a claim, preparing for a hearing, facing removal, or a family member detained by the CBSA.
Permanent residence, work or study
Express Entry, provincial nominee programs, work and study permits, and keeping your status.
Sponsoring a family member
Spousal, partner, child and parent sponsorship, including refusals and appeals.
I was injured in an accident
Car accidents, falls, dog bites, medical negligence and denied disability benefits. The first call is free.
Review my refusal
Deadlines to challenge a refusal are short. To ask the Federal Court to review a decision, you generally have 15 days from when you learned of a decision made in Canada, or 60 days for a decision made outside Canada. Some refusals, such as family sponsorship refusals, are appealed to the Immigration Appeal Division instead, usually within 30 days.
